What sets Got it Life apart from other mental health or meditation apps is its tailored approach. While other platforms provide generalized content like pre-recorded videos or audio lessons, our app empowers you to devise personalized solutions acting as your personal mental coach.
Here's how it works:
- Engage in an internal dialog by assuming two roles (Mentor and Mentee) with altered voices.
- Listen to your dialog as an Observer to uncover novel insights.
- As the Mentee, present your current exciting issue or question.
- As the Mentor, respond to the Mentee's problem using a modified voice to gain distance.
- Offer guidance to the Mentee through reflective questions in the Mentor role.

The Internal Dialog method employed in Got it Life has a background in Mental Training for astronauts, special forces, and Olympic teams. Developed by Armen Arustamov, a former professional tennis player and psychologist from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), this method utilizes elements from cognitive-behavioral therapy, humanistic therapy, sports psychology, psycholinguistics, and insights from renowned scientists such as Lev Vygotsky, Jean Piaget, and Mikhail Bakhtin.
